🎵 Solfeggio Frequencies

Solfeggio tones are specific musical pitches that have been used in sacred music for centuries. Some believe they carry balancing or healing properties, and while research is still emerging, many people report feeling more calm, safe, and connected when listening.

We use the following tones in different audio journeys:
